Spent Xmas week here with my family. The convenience of staying in a central location with easy access to key tourist areas like Kuromon Market and Dotonbori was great. The subway station nearby was also very handy for travelling to places outside Osaka. The apartment itself was spacious and housed all three of us comfortably. One of the best things was the Filipino staff who were extremely friendly, helpful and even helped us with arranging a cab.

While the location and staff were great, there were some negative aspects - the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, the beds were uncomfortable and the linen and towels were sub-par. The kitchen was also unclean, which was a significant negative for us as we enjoy cooking on holidays.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very clean, it had facilities like transportation, and it's located by the subway which made it very easy for me to travel around the city! The hotel is also very close to Kuromon Market, where I had fresh sushi every day. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist me with any issue I had.

Don't have any issues at all.

The location of this accommodation is unbeatable! Just a short walk from the subway and Kuromon Market. the beds in the unit are super comfortable and the apartment is spacious enough for three people.

The cleanliness left something to be desired.
